A Small Spot on Annie Road

Fritangas sits on Annie Road in Silverthorne — a mountain town where skiers, hikers, and locals all end up at the same table. We opened here because this community deserved a real neighborhood Mexican restaurant, not a chain. We also care for our vegetarians and gluten free people here at Fritangas we care for our customers needs!

The menu is built on traditional family recipes that don't cut corners. From slow-cooked mole to hand-pressed tortillas, you taste the difference the moment the plate hits the table.

A Rhythm Regulars Know By Heart

For over 10 years, Fritangas has proudly served the Summit County community, and we owe our success to our amazing customers and supporters. Over the years, we’ve continued to grow, innovate, and elevate the Fritangas experience. In 2023, we began building our full bar, which officially opened in 2024, bringing an exciting new cocktail experience to our guests. Since then, we’ve introduced more than 25 new handcrafted drinks to our menu, along with over 15 new dinner plates and our popular Sunday Seafood Specials. During the summer season (June through mid-October), we host our famous Taco Friday Nights — featuring live music, patio seating, and authentic handmade Mexico City-style street tacos served from 5 PM until midnight. It’s one of our favorite traditions and a local must-try experience. We also refresh our weekly specials every six months to keep our menu exciting and full of new flavors. In addition, we’ve expanded our convenience and accessibility by launching online ordering, partnering with DoorDash, and completely upgrading our website to provide a better experience for our customers. We are also excited to announce the opening of our second location in Frisco, located at 409 E Main Street, Suite 102/202, Frisco, CO 80443. Our new location will feature authentic Mexico City-style breakfast served daily from 8 AM – 2 PM, and we reopen for dinner service from 4 PM – 9 PM, Monday through Sunday. At Fritangas, we are always evolving while staying true to the authentic flavors, hospitality, and community atmosphere that made us who we are today.

Ever since we completed our full bar at the end of 2023, it quickly earned its place in the hearts of our customers. What started as a small restaurant transformed into an entirely new atmosphere and experience — one filled with great energy, unforgettable memories, and a vibrant nightlife vibe that our guests truly embraced. Over the years, we’ve shared countless celebrations, laughs, and special moments with our community through our unique drink creations and hospitality. From our signature mezcalitas and margaritas to our famous catrinas, tiki cocktails, well drinks, and much more, we take pride in bringing creativity and flavor to every glass we serve. Even though we may be a small restaurant, we’ve proven that passion, authenticity, and dedication can create something truly special — and we continue to make it work every single day thanks to the incredible support of our customers.
